Diana Dopchiz de Martin is a bilingual and bicultural English-Spanish speaker and a Candidate Analyst at the Lacanian School of Psychoanalysis. She is a licensed therapist with over fifteen years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, providing psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and consultation.
Diana earned her Master of Science degree from San Francisco State University and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the Bay Area. She holds a psychology degree from the University of Buenos Aires, where she completed a six-year program to obtain her diploma as a "Licensiada" in Psychology. Additionally, she graduated as a Piano Professor from the National Conservatory of Music Carlos Lopez Bouchardo in Buenos Aires.
Her postgraduate training includes participation in the Lacanian School of Psychoanalysis since 2015, as well as experience with the San Francisco General Hospital Infant-Parent Program, the Child Trauma Research Program, the SEED program at Children’s Hospital Oakland (working with children aged 0 to 3), and Contra Costa County Behavioral Health (working with children aged 6 to 18).
Diana offers appointments on weekdays and Saturdays, both online and in person, in Spanish and English.
